Lili started: ‘Do people on Twitter ever really get tired of being so negative and so disrespectful to everyone and everything? Are they that miserable? There is hate everywhere. But especially on Twitter. It is like a cesspool for evil 15 year olds who do not know what the hell they are talking about and have nothing better to do.’ She went on to also tweet: ‘Taking a break from this toxic site and the people on it who constantly feel the need to attack me, my cast-mates, my relationship, and Riverdale. I hate to break it to you online trolls: Spreading your hate and negativity online will not make you any less miserable. K bye.’

As fans know, Reinhart’s account was even hacked back in August. At this point, she is still active on her Instagram and Tumblr. Speaking of positivity on social media, Variety actually honored the Riverdale actress for using her platforms for good this year. At the time, she talked about people like her, with a voice and a platform and how they need to use that influence to be great role models.

She also told the publication that she could totally see all the good in social media as well, such as the fact that artists have received an opportunity to present themselves as they are and also differentiate themselves from their characters on screen.
